Lately when I can, I've been trying to support a bunch of the Etsy shops that I've been following for a while. It can be so easy to just add them all on Instagram and look at what they're creating and just not buy anything. Especially as a full-time creative who tries really hard not to spend money if I can avoid it. And knowing how much it means to me when someone buys one of my handmade plushies or pins, I feel good about those purchases. So today, I thought I would share a bunch of the things I've bought from Etsy shops lately. So first, there's NaomiLordArt. I love her art so much, it makes me ridiculously happy. She has an incredible instagram account with so many just beautiful, adorable drawings, her characters are so full of personality and just something about them makes me smile every time I see when she posts something new. I bought a couple things from her. It's hard to not buy everything in her store becuase if you like one thing, you probably like everything she's ever done. It's adorable! I bought this square print of a niffler and a bowtruckle tangled up in a Hufflepuff scarf. I think this is so cute! It's very me, um, which is the first thing I thought when I saw it, so of course I had to buy it. I really like the way she draws nifflers, I bought this one with a little flower crown and a heart! I still don't know where I'm gonna put this sticker. I think probably on the front of one of my sketchbooks or journals just because I will enjoy it and get to see it there more often. And my favorite thing that I bought from NaomiLordArt is a custom chibi portrait! She offers these every once in a while and I finally managed to snag one before they sold out. So I sent her a photo of me and all of the different preferences that I had for it and it turned out so cute! She even drew a little bowtruckle on my head and it's like my favorite thing ever. I might eventually have it printed so I can hang it up, for now I've just been enjoying it digitally on my phone and I also printed out a little sticker with some Zink paper and I stuck it on the inside of my journal. I love this so much, I just… everything about it is adorable and wonderful. Naomi also sent me a little thank you card with a drawing on it. The fact that she took the time to do this makes me really happy. I found Cheyenne Barton through Instagram as well and the art in her journals is so whimsical and lovely and it makes me super happy so as soon as she opened her Etsy shop, I knew that I needed to order some stickers from her. And while I have been journaling a lot and practicing my doodles, it's really nice to just be able to take something that she drew, which I know I already love, and stick it onto my pages and get to enjoy it. So I bought this sticker sheet with some plants! I really like the way she draws plants. I also bought the sticker sheet with these little bottles filled with sparkles and different things, stars and flowers and leaves and planets and they're really cute and fun and I love them. She also sent me an extra sticker with this girl wearing a sweater, holding a little mug and it's so cozy and adorable and I'm probably gonna put it on the front of one of my journals cause I really like it. This is the little card that came with the order and it's so sweet and I love it so much. I also bought a bunch of sticker sheets from the shop Paperkumaco and I really like their designs as well! There are a ton of really great illustrations to choose from in this shop so I know I'm definitely going to be ordering from them again. I got this sticker sheet with the succulents on it, it's super pretty and the colors are really nice. Then I also got a sheet of travel themed stickers which are super pretty and I can't wait to use those in my travel journal! And then these are just a bunch of assorted home items and office supplies that I thought were cute. I also bought one bigger succulent terrarium sticker that I'm going to put on the front of a journal. It took a lot of restraint for me to just buy this one beanie from thecleverclove who has just the most adorable enamel pins and patches and I'm definitely going to be returning to that store and buying more. Everything that they design is just so sweet and charming and a little bit nerdy and bookish, which I love, and the beanie that I got has this little hedgehog embroidered onto the front, she has a little scarf, I just think this is so cute. I've been wanting to get a beanie but I didn't want just a plain one and so I found this and thought it would be perfect. I just love it so much. The Clever Clove is quickly becoming one of my favorite shops on Etsy. And then there's Laura Crow! Her shop is itslauracrow on Etsy. I know her from the wizard rock band Siriusly Hazza P, which I love, but she's also a really wonderful artist! I bought these teeny tiny framed prints from her shop and there's this little hobbit hole and a little yellow badger and I love them so much. I love really tiny art prints. I think they're just so charming and sweet and I can't wait to hang these up. And lastly, I know I mention them all the time but I feel like I can't get through a video without talking about Figs and Ginger which is my favorite etsy shop. Today I'm wearing their mama bird necklace which is their best seller and it's really famous. It's getting to the point where bigger companies are starting to steal it from them and that makes me really sad but I think you should know that Rhonda, who is wonderful, has been making these for a really long time now and they're really beautiful and really well-made and she's super cool. You can customize how many little birds are on it and if you have more children in the future, you can send it back and she'll add more on it for you! I definitely think you should check them out especially with mother's day coming up! This is definitely a really good place to look for a present. So that's it for now! I hope you enjoyed this little Etsy haul. You can find links to all of the shops I've mentioned in the video description. And if you have any favorite shops that you'd like to share with me, leave them in the comments below. Thanks for watching and I'll see you soon!
