  1. I'm not in the business but here's a tip from a psychology class and retail working I've learned to help raise profit in sales. when on location ask the workers what would they recommend or items they'd typically go for what you're doing is not only gathering information you're showing personal interest in the person making them more likely to use your product over another which also generates revenue at the same time because if you do decide to fill those positions with set items they're more likely to sell because you've already received confirmation on the product.

you can also load the snack machine not fully stocked, its a subconscious trick basically if every item is stocked theres more to choose from but if you leave a few items not fully stocked while the rest are fairly stocked it subconsciously tells the consumer "this item must be a hot seller because it sold more items then the rest" which will lead to them probably buying that item over something else even if theres something else that they actually want. doing this from time to time you're practically promoting an item and if that item is selling you can then raise the price because now even though they may not want the item its now considered a "HOT PICK" and will probably continue to choose it.

really enjoyed the video man definitely thinking of getting into this!

  2. Reyes focus on the places that’s on production where the employees are always on the go and just need something quick and get back to work that’s where the money is at

  3. everyone gotta appreciate the positive attitude and his hustle. Keep going my dude! Get that credit card reader. And calculate the gas as expenses when you do your taxes.

  4. Also always keep everything topped up 100%. You can even equip little cheep cams. That the machine powers. Then you will know instantly when somthing runs out. The moment it sells out your loosing $

  5. I think you should constantly switch up your invintory. If you come back & find some things didn't sell. Pull them take them to another. Rotate the things that don't sell. Then constantly look for new things to sell. Even break the bok sell things like those tiny little wallmart pies. Sell things that people love that typical machines don't have.

  6. the real people earning money is Costco, the vending machine technicians and the gas station. This poor soul is losing his time… a waiter/waitress earns more in one night than he earns in a month…

  7. So the profit, is after you paid the business/people who let you keep you vending machine ? You inspire me , I lost my job and I’m thinking of starting with a gum ball machine like you my brother

  8. Dude, I like you and you crack me up!! I'm a Hispanic, watching and hearing all your mannerisms is cracking me up, reminds me of friends and family. The best thing, you're positive as hell and I'm sure you're a blast at parties. Mad respect for the hustle!

  9. This business is super bait, for all the people out there looking to get into this. Judging from the cost of food at costco, he probably makes 45-50% of his actual revenue as profit. From just accounting for his inventory alone, its gonna take like 3-4 years for him to pay back his initial investment, thats not even counting the depreciation from his machines and gas/opportunity costs for maintenance and collection. Dont buy vending machines kids…
